Offering enhanced mapping detail and an additional 32MB of memory above its brother (64MB compared to the GO’s 32MB of memory), the Lowrance iFinder GO2 GPS handheld is rugged enough for the trails or sails, and features tons of processing power, a WAAS-enabled GPS receiver, and a 2” 16 level grayscale screen that’s surprisingly easy to read. The built-in background maps won’t disappoint those looking to travel along the coasts and waterways in and around the continental U.S. and Hawaii, and these include navigation aids, enhanced shoreline data, as well as info about wrecks and obstructions that allow you to steer well clear of them. Additionally, the GPS background maps include highway and interstate data along with exit info as well. 40 zoomable map levels allow you to choose your perspective, while 42 graphic icons allow you to identify special locations such as destinations, rest stops, fishing hot spots, etc. The Lowrance iFinder® GO2 is fully waterproof up to IPX7 standards, features Lowrance legendary GPS performance and reliability, and will run for about 48 hours on two AA batteries. Best of all, the Lowrance iFinder GO2 is doesn’t require a degree in rocket science to use.
