Not possible to update maps : Think twice before buying a product from Magellan. I have problems updating the firmware for the RoadMate 6000T. The emails to customer service are rejected as undeliverables. Customer service over the phone in India doesn't know anything that I had not done already and they tried to blame other software in my computer. I have seen people describing exactly the same problem that I have in other forums, so Magellan is not unaware of the problem. Bottom line is we have now an expensive box with outdated maps because the new maps require the firmware update.
