bad experience with Magellan's repair department : I suggest that everyone be wary of dealing with the repair department at Magellan. I sent in a Roadmate 760 to be repaired. After a month of not hearing from them, I called. After 7 30-60 minute annoying phone calls I learned that they would not repair the Roadmate 760. I was supposed to be happy that they offered to replace it with a unit that has less features than my original Roadmate 760. Eventually Magellan sent the replacement without my agreeing to the substitution. Any complaints were met with an attitude of "there is nothing I can do." The net result is that I am stuck with a unit that lacks the very feature that helped me decide to spend the money for a Roadmate 760. Magellan's customer service ranks as one of the worst I have ever dealt with.
