......... When it comes to crisp, clear reception, and features, no other portable GPS Navigator comes close to the FineDrive 500. The 5.1” touch screen is just the beginning: FineDrive has packed enough features into the 500 GPS Navigator for two lesser satellite-based devices. Just look at these features: automatic route calculation, turn-by-turn voice and visual driving prompts, NAVTEQ mapping data for the U.S. and Canada pre-loaded, millions of pre-loaded points of interest, and a variety of viewing options (2D, 3D, Day or Night View). The FineDrive 500 also delivers multiple route options, like “quickest,” “shortest,” “toll road” and “highway/local.” Getting around town, or going across the country has never been more convenient than with the FineDrive 500 Portable GPS Navigator. The beauty of this GPS device lay not only in its superior performance and features, but also in the fact that it takes just moments to move it from one car to the next – resulting in a very fine drive, whatever vehicle you’re in.

Put it away... :
When I got this device I felt that is was the best bargain I had go in a very long time. The display was large and crystal clear. It looks like a top end GPS device, the only little niggle that I had that it was brought to the market by a Korean company. So I went for it. And look at the soup I am in.
The device at times does not have a clue as to where I am. It is not at all user friendly the instructions leave you more perplexed than you were in the first place. This is all trial and error. I could not find some thing basic like out how to store addresses. it is just too cumbersome to be of any real good use and it does take a hell of a time to get from one point to another. I feel this device can be given a go by unless you have a lot of time on your hands.
